Louisville Centric is born out of my love of Louisville and history. I hope I will be able to educate the masses on the rich tapestry that makes up this beautiful city and hope everyone enjoys a little bit of a look back.

Louisville history doesn’t get much play on TV or in newspapers, so I’m hoping to fill that void here.

I named the blog Louisville Centric because I want the history to focus on Louisville, but you can’t tell Louisville’s story without the influence of the state and surrounding areas. Therefore, there will be some history here that doesn’t seem to be based in Louisville. We like the rest of the state, too. Just not as much.
